These Terms govern the access and use of the website verixian.com. By using the site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

## 1. Who we are

Verixian is the brand operated by Gonçalo Veríssimo Unipessoal LDA, registered at Av. Duque de Loulé 12, 1050-093 Lisbon, Portugal.

## 2. Website use

The website is provided for informational and legitimate commercial purposes. You agree to:

- Not use the site for any unlawful purpose;
- Not attempt to compromise the security or availability of the site;
- Not perform mass scraping or reproduce the content without authorization.

The institutional content, including texts, images, logos and product mockups (ORAS, Nemesis, FineAI, Aurora LMS), belongs to Verixian or to its respective owners. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

The website and the Verixian News newsletter service use the following third-party services (sub-processors):

- Formspree for processing contact form submissions;
- Mailgun (Sinch) for delivery of the Verixian News newsletter. Processes data in the European Union region;
- Cloudflare, Inc. for anti-bot protection of the subscription form (Turnstile) and protection and delivery of the service infrastructure;
- Vercel Inc. for hosting and delivery (CDN) of the verixian.com website;
- Google Analytics for website traffic and performance measurement;
- Meta Analytics for aggregated event measurement.

## 5. Contact form

By submitting the form, you authorize Verixian to contact you regarding your request. Submissions are delivered via Formspree and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

## 6. Informational content

Information about products and services shown on the website is informational in nature. Formal commercial proposals are delivered via direct channels after contact and may carry specific terms.

## 7. Limitation of liability

The website is provided as is. Verixian uses reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date but does not warrant the absence of errors or unavailability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verixian is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site.
