### Software and AI agents

**How does custom software development work?**
We start by understanding your processes and goals. We map the flow, validate it with a navigable prototype, and only then ship software to production, in short sprints. It can be a web app, an integration, or an AI agent, always built around your business.

**How long does a project take?**
It depends on complexity. Proofs of concept are ready in a few weeks; solutions with several integrations or custom AI can take 2 to 4 months. Regardless of total timeline, we work in sprints so you see value from the first week.

**Do you build autonomous AI agents and integrate with our systems?**
Yes. **What is ORAS for?**
ORAS is a full platform for barbershops and salons: online bookings, Stripe payments (deposits or full amount), Apple Wallet loyalty cards, a native iOS app for staff, Google Calendar two-way sync, and certified automatic invoicing via Moloni and the Portuguese tax authority. Multi-shop ready.

**Does Aurora LMS support online course sales and internal team training?**
Yes to both. **Where is my data stored and how is it protected?**
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and stored in compliance with the EU GDPR. The location (Portugal, EU, or your own infrastructure) and the storage strategy are decided together with you, before a single line of code is written.

**How do you protect AI agents against prompt injection?**
Every agent is stress-tested for prompt injection before it ships. We apply input sanitisation, output validation and strict permission scoping, so the agent cannot be manipulated into leaking data or performing actions outside its scope.

**Do you pentest the solutions you ship?**
Yes. We run pentests, with and without AI in the loop, on every solution we ship. You get the full report with identified vulnerabilities and a clear mitigation plan, before go-live.
